Great honest and motivating post! Many, many writers are semi-recluse at heart but the fact of life is you’ve got to get out and show yourself and your book. I live in Thailand and because of the internet people know me as a ‘sweet guy’ and writer, all over the world. Me sweet?
One thing that should be added to your great post is: write more than 1 book, more than 2, too!!

Ha ha, this made me laugh. Social media is a necessary evil, but I fully embrace the reach that it gives you. I cannot understand how being able to intimately connect with your audience can be a bad thing…
